Sitting IELTS in Quetta
There are IELTS test centres in Quetta, so you do not need to travel to sit the test. Since March 2026 every IELTS in Pakistan is computer-delivered, which in the larger cities has meant sittings several times a week rather than monthly. Book directly with the British Council or IDP — we do not book tests on your behalf and we do not resell them.
Where you give biometrics
UK visa application centres in Pakistan are in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Mirpur — there is not one in Quetta. The closest is Karachi, so plan a single trip for that stage. It is the only part of a UK application that needs you to be somewhere specific.
